This whaleshark has been handcarved out of wax, and then sandcast in solid sterling silver. This pendant measures approxmately 3.5cm long, and 1.5cm across the fins.

It features a small kyanite gemstone at its centre. Kyanite means “deep blue” in Greek, and is known to promote introspection, enhances communication and doesn’t hold negative energy.

Using the process of sandcasting means that even if the same wax mould is used again, the sand will texture each cast differently, making each pendant truely unique- exactly like whalesharks and their patterns in the wild.
